We are very excited and proud that Jack was accepted to the art and music high school he applied for. It was an arduous process, putting together his portfolio and auditioning (only 1 out of 12 applicants got in), but he was accepted last week. We toured the school and
were blown away by the facilities, the teachers, and the kids. It's a tremendous opportunity for him and Jack can't wait to start 9th grade!
A record of my exploration into all aspects of drawing, illustrated journaling, creativity, and the inspiring aspects of art. By the author of "Everyday Matters," "The Creative License", and "An Illustrated Life" and other books.

That is very exciting news and since I know a teacher in the art program I can safely say he is going to be in great hands!

Hey Jack, I've read over the school info and I'm so very excited for you. It would be great if you'd add some of your experience to this blog so we can keep up with what will no doubt be an exciting 4 years. Congratulations and just totally sponge it up.
