Oh I'm not too sure that seeing such prodigious talent is helpful for those of us who fear attempting drawing buildings – more a case of 'why bother!'

In my opinion it's not helpful. But in spite of that this drawing is really nice.

THANK YOU DANNY!
This is great stuff.. and either you are psychic or you read my email and this post was inspired by it.
I can't help but favour my dipping pen lately. I'm currently working hard on an important buildings piece using the dipping pen on handmade (bobbly) paper. To see the main man at work, and relate it to my already mostly finished inked area, is so encouraging.
I'm soon going to be at the stage where Ive done the ink, but am scared to ruin the whole drawing by adding watercolour washes. Also not sure how watercolour will react on handmade paper, or whether i can wet it down like normal.. but you live and learn huh!
Thanks again Danny,
DD

Wow - these are great! It's nice to see more of this side of him, where the scenes dominate the cartoon people instead of the other way around.
Any hope of you posting larger scans? There's so much detail in there ...
