Danny,
I just wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed reading 'Peanut'. My partner and I are planning to get pregnant very soon (my first, her third), and your entries have not only made me laugh and sigh, but have also given me much insight into the emotional process of bringing another life into this crazy world.
Thanks for everything...Jenny

Every installment of "Peanut" is wonderful. I've relished each word. Don't abandon the idea of getting it published. (have you submitted it to Workman yet?) (or Chronicle Books?). It's too good to put it aside. And in addition to being a loyal fan of your writing and drawing, I have the slight edge of having been a bookseller for 36 years and it just feels entirely saleable to me. Keep going for it! Please don't be discouraged.
And thank you for the essay on the imperfection of it all, up to and including our artwork. It was a good reminder.
