My uncle, Ian, is a great potter and sculptor. In the early 1960s, he was a British film star and had a pop song on the charts. You can read about him and see some work at

my mum, whom I've written often about here before. She's in Ethiopia at the moment.

Life is full of seredipities: I clicked on your Mom's icon and wound up at Leafages, as site I have admired for some time as I am curretnly learning calligraphy !!!!! I love her work and yours too. Your other family is indeed blessed with talent! Very awesome sculptures, and from previous introductions to her site, I knew your Mum had an incredible gift!
I browsed the site again though, and for the first time I noticed the little "one of one" logo ..it's really cool!
Hope she's having fun in her travels!

I don't know whether I found Leafages through your site or another way but have always loved that site and had NO idea it was your mum, so I guess that answers part of my question (where did I find the webpage). Anyway LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT, her work is yummy. And your uncle, great work as well. I am so glad to be touched by all this beauty today, thanks hon.
