Fishing in ManhattanJuly 22, 2004
![]() It's late and I'm exhausted from a long day which culminated in something a little tedious but exciting: revising a new piece I've done for the Op-Ed page of the NY Times. It'll run this Sunday. If you'd like to download a fairly large image of the final piece, click here. |

Ah Danny, with this drawing you've given me another fabulous insight on life in NY. (Fly) Fishing is a long neglected passion of mine - now if only you could do a piece on the ponies and racetracks then I'd have the "essential" NY covered.

Thanks for sharing this. Grate fishing looks like fun! I recently watched a film on the Sundance Channel titled "Gotham Fish Story(ies?)" -- great stuff. I've since become fascinated with the idea of fishing in a big city.

I was wondering if there are many artist's blogs circulating the blogosphere these days? Some, like this one, make a habit of posting both images and text, while others, like my own, post strictly images. I've only begun a cursory search, but any tips on decent sites would be welcome.
