Have a great week off, but will miss your updates. You are inspiring!!

Danny, your wobbly stack of books made me laugh out loud. Then I had to crane my head sideways to read the titles so I can order them from the library. Have a good week. June

happy reading and i hope youll come back when you say you will. ;)

will try not to be gritting my teeth until you're back...~Fern

O..O...O ...read How To Be Good first! it's wonderful! And N.C. Wyeth makes me swoon! Have a terrific little electron-free vacation!

we'll miss you! have fun

Alas!

Love the stack of books, the Anne Truitt book is a wonder, as are all the others.

The Anne Truit book is something I do very much want to read. It's out of print here in the UK but I think I'm just going to go and find myself a second hand copy right now...

Have a good break.

what a great idea...a break from the wonderful world wide web...hmmm...wonder if I could do that? If only I didn't sit and look at a computer every day for 8 hours or more, maybe then I'd have more willpower to stay away :)

enjoy letting your eyes focus on words on paper instead of words on an illuminated box :)

I'm all about the electron fast. It's even better when you're able to undergo them semi-regularly. You'll thank yourself, believe me.

Yay for you!! Have fun!
I must try one of those fasts sometime soon!

N.C. Wyeth is just wonderful! But I've yet to read anything about his life. Think I'll jot that down on my "to read" list.

Have a wonderful break! Hope you have many fabulous moments!
Violette :)

I have two of those books by my bed, too: "The Namesake" and "Education of an Illustrator." And "How to Be Good" is on hold at the library. How funny.

You don't wanna see my stack... stacks and stacks.
